If you are asking the status of a snipe, first check your Completed tab :
First, try the reset-password utility .
If that doesn't work, Log in with eBay . This will take you to your dashboard.
Try the link one more time.
After you authenticate, check your My eBay Third-Party Access tab and check the date of the authorization to see if access was granted correctly.
If you still experience problems, submit a ticket below and we will investigate.
Read the error
Any issues we encountered with your snipe are shown on your
Completed Snipes tab.
Just hover your mouse over the
icon to see the error we encountered when we placed your snipe.
Check the log
There is also a log icon
next to each snipe. Each snipe is logged in detail. Click the log icon to see deep-dive
details for every snipe.
Please note: It's unlikely that we missed a snipe, as we place 3 bids from 3 locations for every snipe.
